Sharing with care

1. You must be 18 or older to use the app. Family spaces are for adult account holders.

2. Respect each person's boundaries. No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation or repeated unwanted contact.

3. No sexual exploitation or abuse of children, sexual content involving minors, pornography or non-consensual intimate material.

4. No promotion of violence, self-harm, illegal activity, scams or dangerous behavior.

5. Share only content you have permission to share. Do not expose someone else's private information without consent.

6. Use reporting for safety concerns. Do not make knowingly false reports or use new accounts to bypass a block.

7. The operator may remove prohibited content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Report a concern

Open a message menu and choose Report message, or open Members and invites to report a member. Select a reason and add any helpful detail. The selected message text, author, your note and account identifier are shared with the operator, not with the reported person or other members. Reports are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Reported attachments are indicated in the report but are not copied into it.

Block unwanted contact

Choose Block sender from a message, or Block in Members and invites. Blocking hides each person's messages across their spaces and stops personal notifications and contact in two-person spaces. You both remain in shared groups, and other shared group records remain visible. Leave a space separately to end your membership. You can remove your own blocks in Safety and support; this does not remove a block the other person applied. We do not send a block notification, although changes in access may make the block apparent. Copies already made outside the app cannot be recalled.

Photo safety checks

Uploaded photos, including disappearing photos, are checked by Google Cloud Vision before they are stored in a space. The automated check looks for explicit sexual content, strong suggestive imagery and violence. It does not identify people or read text from photos. If the check flags a photo or cannot finish, the photo is not added to the app. Automated checks can miss prohibited content and can mistakenly block acceptable photos. Report concerning content even if it passed a check.

Review and appeals

The operator reviews reports and may remove a message or suspend an account. An account restriction does not remove your ability to contact support or request account deletion. If you believe a decision or photo check is mistaken, contact support with your account email and any report or error reference. A photo error reference records only its time, policy version and broad outcome for 30 days; it does not keep the image or the automated annotation.

Support and urgent danger

Contact contact@fusiontech.sg for safety concerns, appeals or child-safety reports. The app is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
