Email contact@fusiontech.sg. Include the account email you use, the screen where the issue happened, and a brief description. Never send your password, sign-in link, verification code, identity document or private conversation unless specifically required through an appropriate support process.

Sign-in help

Use the same sign-in method you originally used. If you use email and password, choose the recovery option on the sign-in screen. Connected Google or Apple sign-in belongs to the account you explicitly linked; selecting a different provider account does not automatically merge accounts.

Invitations and access

Each space has its own members. If an invitation has expired or has already been used, ask the owner for a new invitation. A family-tree relationship does not grant access to a space.

Report a safety concern

Use the report control in the conversation or member controls so the report includes the relevant reference. You can also email support with the reference. Do not forward illegal images or sensitive attachments. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delete your account

Open Settings and select Delete account. You can also request deletion by email without reinstalling the app; see the Account deletion page for the steps and retention details.
